Some time ago I discovered that you can serve buckwheat not only for lunch or dinner, but also for breakfast. How? By creating a buckwheat porridge, which actually gains a lot of popularity recently. Everything because majority of buildings lack proper insulation. Some days, leaving the comfort of warm bed in the morning, is the last thing we want to do. When we finally get up, we want two things, hot shower and warming up brekkie. The number one for this job is the apple porridge. Warms one up like nothing else!
A good recipe for gluten-free pizza is literally priceless. To get one, which doesn’t taste like a cardboard, it’s a huge challenge. My version of pizza had to be prepared without yeast, sugar or gluten.
