Chicken carrot meatballs

Scrumptious, gluten-free meatballs. And on top of that, they are baked, which makes them healthier for your body. If you have friends or family coming for dinner, my advice – double the servings! These are so delicious, they will be gone before you know it 😉 Serve with favourite sauce and baked veggies, or a salad.

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 90 g carrot
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Wash, dry and grate carrot.
  3. In a bowl mix chicken mince, carrot, turmeric, marjoram, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
  4. Shape into balls and place on the baking tray with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 30 min.
