Beetroot grapefruit smoothie

Smoothie recipes are the most frequent ones on the blog. There’s totally nothing weird about it as they are my favourite brekkie and I love starting the day by drinking them. Nutritious and so tasty breakfast drink is my kind of everyday ritual which I love very much. Even during days when I have to get up quite early (talking about 5 or 4 am!), I always find few minutes to sit down, relax and drink a gorgeous smoothie first thing in the morning. How about you? Can’t you imagine going out without a healthy and nutritious brekkie like me? ; )

Beetroot grapefruit smoothie/Koktajl buraczano-grejpfrutowy Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 cup coconut water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth. Pour into glasses.
