Strawberry-pineapple wake up! Sounds interesting enough to get out of the bed? Of course! Light, refreshing brekkie works wonderful during hot days. To be honest, it even works when it’s pouring outside 😉 Nothing gives you energy boost like a proper dose of veggies and fruits. I have used frozen strawberries, to get the smooth consistency, but if they are in season now whenever you live, go for fresh ones. Frozen pineapple or spinach, or just few ice cubes, will also get you that proper texture.
Servings: 2Ingredients:
- 160 g pineapple
- 135 g strawberry (you can use frozen strawberries)
- Half avocado
- 10 g fresh mint
- 1 cup water
- 40 g spinach
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (I used the one from this recipe link)
- 5 g fresh ginger
- 180 g zucchini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- In your blender whiz up all the ingredients till creamy and smooth.
