Do you like taking snacks with you for a hike? I love it! And I’m really crazy about what kind of food to bring with me. Unfortunately, most store-bought treats have ingredients I excluded from my diet, so making them by myself sounds like much better option. Until now bliss balls were my favourite because they are very easy and quick to prepare but not that long ago, I felt in love with choc chip cookies. The best part is that you just need four ingredients to bake them!
1 cup almond flour
3 tbsp cashew butter
2 tbsp honey
40 g dark chocolate (min 85%)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (or 350°F) and line baking sheet with baking paper.
- Cut chocolate into small pieces.
- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix.
- Roll dough into balls and flatten using your finger. Place cookies on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
