Scrumptious, gluten-free meatballs. And on top of that, they are baked, which makes them healthier for your body. If you have friends or family coming for dinner, my advice – double the servings! These are so delicious, they will be gone before you know it 😉 Serve with favourite sauce and baked veggies, or a salad.
Servings: 4Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken mince
- 90 g carrot
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Wash, dry and grate carrot.
- In a bowl mix chicken mince, carrot, turmeric, marjoram, salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
- Shape into balls and place on the baking tray with baking paper.
- Bake for 30 min.
